My Gauss Rifle already 1 shots humans, 1 shots most of the radiation immune/resistant enemies. The Radium Rifle therefore sucks because it doesn't do anything useful. Human enemies, the ones with the lowest hp and who are the easiest to kill, you can kill super easy even without radiation damage. Most enemies, especially the toughest enemies in the game, are immune or resistant to radiation damage. The Radium Rifle which is based off of the historic fire arm the Volkssturmgewehr, isn't that bad. And the gun that shoots them isn't even good.
